Cognitive Connection Club

The Cognitive Connection Club at Samriddhi College is a student-led initiative by BPsych students dedicated to exploring and applying psychological concepts to everyday life and social work. It promotes mental health awareness, encourages open and inclusive dialogue, and fosters both academic and emotional growth, aiming to break stigma through empathy, active listening, and informed discussion. The club connects classroom knowledge with real-world practice through activities such as guest talks, awareness campaigns, workshops, mindfulness sessions, outreach programs, peer support groups, and creative events like film reviews, quizzes, and psychometric stalls.
