For my 1st year of college, I was placed as an intern atthe Centre for Awareness Promotion, Nepal. This is where my journey started. My BSW journey at Samriddhi College was amazing. I have been placed at different organization through the On-campus recruitment by Samriddhi College. All the training that I received during my course at Samriddhi has been really helpful. I am very grateful to this college for giving me an opportunity to become a successful professional. Samriddhi College provided me with valuable experience in developing my personality. The BASW program offered a comprehensive curriculum that included social work theories, ethical practices, and practical fieldwork. This program equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to have a meaningful impact on individuals and communities. The faculty members were dedicated to our education and not only provided academic knowledge but also created an environment that promotes critical thinking, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. By participating in internships and community engagement, I gained valuable insights that complemented the theoretical knowledge learned in class and helped shape me into a well-rounded and socially conscious professional. The support and togetherness among my fellow BASW students formed a network that continues to inspire and uplift me on my social work journey. I am grateful for my BASW education, which has given me the confidence to address complex societal challenges and advocate for positive change while cherishing the lifelong friendships and experiences that have greatly enriched my personal growth.

I am sincerely grateful to Samriddhi College for offering me a meaningful and enriching academic journey through the Bachelor in Social Work (BSW) program. The program provided not only a solid academic foundation but also invaluable practical experiences through fieldwork, internships, social camps, and training programs. These opportunities allowed me to engage directly with communities, apply theoretical knowledge in real-life situations, and gain a deeper understanding of social work practices and human behavior. Samriddhi College has greatly influenced my career, and I am currently working as a Supervisor at the Human Welfare Society inChild Section. I am grateful for the courses, training, and experiences I gained, which have helped me lead and support the organization, align with its mission, and make a positive impact. This role has reinforced my commitment to social work. Although conquering challenges can be intimidating, I have found great joy in helping my coworkers and the organization as a whole by providing counsel and direction. I am able to lead and support our team more successfully because of the information and skills I acquired at Samriddhi College. This helps to ensure that we stay committed to our objective and keep having a good impact. My commitment to social work has been strengthened by this role, which has also allowed me to put what I have learnt into practice. I am appreciative of Samriddhi College's strong foundation, which has been essential to my capacity to make a significant contribution to the Human Welfare Society.

My time at Samriddhi College as a BSW student laid a strong foundation for both my personal and professional growth. The supportive faculty and nurturing environment helped me develop key social and communication skills that I now use daily as a Cloud Engineer in the IT field. Though my career path shifted, the values and interpersonal skills I gained at Samriddhi College continue to guide me.
