Students recently took part in a one-day industrial visit to Modern Dairy, Dadhikot, gaining firsthand insight into the dairy production and processing industry. The visit was designed to bridge classroom knowledge with real-world industrial practices, offering students a closer look at how dairy products are processed, packaged, and delivered to the market.
During the tour, students observed various stages of production—from raw milk collection and quality control to pasteurization, packaging, and cold storage. They also had the opportunity to interact with industry professionals and learn about hygiene standards, automation, and supply chain management in the dairy sector.
This visit provided valuable exposure to industrial workflows, quality assurance systems, and the operational side of food technology—enhancing the students’ understanding of applied concepts in a professional environment.
