I am sincerely thankful to Samriddhi College for shaping my journey through the Bachelor in Social Work (BSW) with psychology major program. With these majors, I not only gained academic knowledge but also practical skills through fieldwork, research, and community engagement which helped me understand human behaviour more deeply and develop essential skills in communication, empathy and counselling.


The learning and exposure I received have supported my work as a psychosocial counselor and motivated me to start Manodarpan, my online page dedicated to helping individuals with psychosocial and mental health concerns. Recently, I also worked with the National Environment and Health Study Centre in a research project, which further strengthened my ability to apply theoretical knowledge in real-life contexts. I am grateful to the faculty and the supportive environment of Samriddhi College for guiding me toward both professional and personal growth.
